Clean theatre, Sound quality is good, comfortable seating, 3D experience is also very good in this theatre, but screen is only 35mm. Expect screen size, everything is good. Nice experience... It will be best if screen is about 75/90mm...
Though screen, sound is good. Bad experience with food system. This is second time with family I had to go empty hand from the food court. Both times hot coffee was not available. Today same happened. No notice on board for unavailability, had to stand in queue for ten minutes. Very slow service. No sorry/excuse for no service offered. We have decided not to visit in future.
" Inox Jorhat snack shop" 18 Nov 23 Outside snacks not allowed. Ok agreed. But then how can you force people to have glass of cold drink of only one size that is extra extra large. Its like we wont let you get from outside and wont either leave you any option. "Please don't forget humanity over money making". You can do the least is keep small glasses too and keep it optional for the customers to enjoy the movie with drink. Not ever going to come back @Inox Jorhat for any show.
The waiting room Air conditioner was not working.. might they turned the ac off to save electric consumption.. And the stuff layover area was really funny.. very bad experience.. it seems feel like local inox ... Very bad experience.. they are very slow at their work very bad management

Good screen and sound quality, seats are good, though at times feels a bit congested when people are moving. Way way expensive popcorn and coke, and climbing down the stairs after finishing a movie, takes a special kind of strength in your legs and knees!

Not worth experience. Theatre is good enough but the do not opt for any food . They are selling only what they want to sell and all they sell you is stale and taste less . I went for nachos , chicken any items. All they had was French fries which was cold and stale
