INOX - Movie theater in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Went to watch kushi movie and movie was delayed 40 mins and when the movie got start again they stopped the screen by saying got troubled in screen and speakers they kept waiting us for again 30 mins.Dint expect this from Ionx waste behaviour of staff towards guest and they were very rude towards us and giving us back answers

Good multiplex with five screens on the top floor of a shopping mall. Restrooms are a bit smelly. Water cooler is placed outside restrooms. They have good eating options, prices are high. Outside eatables are not allowed but water bottles are allowed. Parking is in the basement and there is only one service lift from parking lot which also serves mall due to which it is always crowded and takes time to reach movies floor.

You're forced to wait till at least 20 minutes before the movie before they let you go up. There's no place to sit while you wait (see pic). Also the guy who is supposed to do security and check your tickets wasn't there and we were initially told to wait for him. Quite unprofessional from a brand like INOX! The theater above however, was fine as usual.

The theatre is horrible, they can't even play a single movie correctly. There are many breaks taken. It's really very irritating. I have never seen such a bad service in any of the Inox in whole Hyderabad. It's really waste of money and even time by watching movie here. They don't have proper update and can't even play movie continuously. they have been given 3-4 breaks while playing a single movie. I hope they change the service. Really disgusting

An average place to watch movies. Outside theatre the ambiance is good. But inside the theatre sound system is just an average. Seating comfort also has to be increased. Except Smart Bazaar (Ground floor) and theater (in 5th floor) nothing else is open in the mall.

Very bad expreince in kachiguda inox ticket price too much high and very cheap place tank bund imax place is best and imax theatre ticket price is only 150 inox ticket price 300 dont go inox go to imax is best place to see film to low ticket price and comfortable

Please don't book the movie ticket from book my show, they are cheating with customers, when I booked the 4 tickets for jawan film online from book my show they deduct the amount from my account. When I went to Inox maheswari theatre, the security person stop us and inform us that you have no booking. When I show them the charges of ticket with proof, simply they told there is server problem you get refund after 7 working days. Worst service of book my show.
