I'm writing to share feedback on behalf of my close relative who recently stayed at Innra Guest House. Although I personally haven't stayed there, I had the opportunity to drop her off for a midnight check-in. During her two-night stay, she, being a solo traveler, felt completely secure. The ambiance of the guest house is excellent, providing a clean, neat, and hygienic accommodation. Its central location in the heart of the city adds to its appeal. The staff's behavior was notably cooperative and caring, complemented by their excellent services. Worst place! The receptionist Sanjana does not know how to behave with the customer. Being a receptionist she is not aware of digi locker nor does she accept one as she needs a full aadhar card document on her hand. Worst service! She first needs to learn reception service!

Although the hotel and it's service was great, the one thing I would like to point out is that it does not have a working wifi when I came here. Pls enquire before u come here. May be it is added now. I liked the location which is amidst rushed bazaar sprawling with local vendors making almost everything readily available.

Room was average. Toilet was horrible. Water coming out of toilet-flush after being filled up, needs manual stoppage of tap, otherwise floor might be flooded. No mirror light above basin. AC Water outet pipe taken to toilet disposing water in front of comode. Floor always watery. Cable TV functioning is set only on request otherwise left as it is. Sofa is not at all maintained.
