It's a good decent hospital! Good service by all nurse and duty doctors! Helpful staff except for the reception and billing lady. Less crowd & it's good that visitors are allowed to meet patient.
The pharmacist is very helpful.
Covid patients are treated well.
Only sad part is when you are looking for discharge the billing team delays it so they can charge u for an extra day.
Also, the charges can be lesser.

Although the same cannot be said about the billing that had been over priced and services were mentioned which weren't given to us in the 3 days in hospital approximately money was 1,82,000 was a bill given to us, and asked us to give it without the detailed receipt!
But we made sure that it was altered to the facilities that was provided to us!
Do not trust the billing department there, check you expenses in detail and then pay your bills, they will hand out a hand written total about! DONOT trust that!
They charged 10000 for oxygen/per day which was not even given to her!!
Worst hospital. Never ever visit this hospital. They will not treat you well but will charge you heavily. We admitted a patient and patient was in critical condition. Doctors suggested can be cured by tablets and charged a huge fee for treatment. We were told, with bills charges would be more and without bills it would be less. We had a doubt and went to different hospital. We got proper treatment and patient was saved. Never ever visit this hospital
