In addition to being a special and deep professional, you are a beautiful woman inside and out. The charming house sweet clean and pleasant rooms. Pleasant bedding, a lot of peace of the garden that surrounds the house, the studio on the roof and the birds that sing every morning. All this made my time enjoyable thanks to your amazing personality that radiates on the whole environment! Thank you very much and of course I will return to the Yin Yoga course! When I arrived in Varkala I was lost, the accommodation I chose was bad, luckily I had your details I received from a friend, this is the best recommendation I received!

I ended up at Inner Heart by chance. I had just finished a yoga teacher training in Rishikesh which was not so great and I was eager to learn more about yoga (and myself). I contacted Elizabeth for ashtanga classes and had no idea that she would teach me her 10001 skills. Ashtanga, Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, restorative yoga, meditation, Kundalini, mandala drawing, watercolor, cocoa ceremony, sound healing, accro yoga and much more... She shared with me a little bit of her universe and I am extremely grateful to her. I will come back to do a teacher training with her because the quality is there, she loves what she does, it's her passion. The place is divine, you do yoga with the sound of the waves in the background. If you want to taste the best momo of Varkala, they are at the Blue Water just next to Inner Heart. She also has a store 15 min walk from the studio which is a real ali baba cave, you can find everything about yoga (books, quality mats, cushions... And too cute!) I loved practicing Yoga with Elizabeth. I was fortunate to join a few classes when I visited her studio in Varkala. Each lesson was different and special; the location has a unique peaceful vibe and the studio is equipped with all the professional equipment . Elizabeth has a huge knowledge in Yoga technics as well as the spiritual side. I hope I will get a change to practice with her again.

I had the best sound healing experience of my life. Elizabeth is super skillful and connected to her instruments and she made them sound like angels speaking into my ears. I travelled into a beautiful fairytale-like place where body and mind were open to relax and receive, feeling very safe and confortable. The sound of the waves in the background, the birds chirping, the sea breeze... the environment makes it an ideal place to surrender to the surround experience and let go. Even the honking here and there was appreciated to stay conscious throughout the hour. Thank you for sharing yourself to the world!!

I have stayed early march 2022 5 days in Varkala, and wanted to to yoga duraing this stay. I've been told about Elizabeth and contacted here. I have made 2 classes and both were great. 1 yin yoga class, in the evening, very relaxing and smooth, and 1 vinyasa class, more dynamic. The place is very nice, as well as Elizabeth. No judgement, adapting herself to the level of the person in the class. The place where the class happen is just few minutes walking from Odayam beach. I really recommend Elizabeth place and classes !

I trained at Inner Heart in a month long Yoga Teacher Training intensive with the head teacher Ellie. It was a life changing experience. Ellie has a bottomless depth of knowledge of Yoga and teaches in an intimate and encouraging way. I came through the training feeling confident to teach as we taught classes through the training. And I felt fully supported through the challenges being away from home. The village is so beautiful and I met many travellers, foreigners and locals who welcomed me during my time there. I plan to go back for more training soon.

My Yoga classes at Inner Heart with Ellie have been simply amazing. I love that the classes are small and very personal. Ellie's knowledge and attention to detail relays a feeling of safety as well as really being cared for. When possible she asks what areas you may want to work on and the class will be tailored to suit everyone's needs. I can not recommend these classes enough. The feeling of well being and security as well as improved mobility have seriously changed my life around.
