Ambiance was good, service was also good but could have been a little better. I felt the staff, specially the guy who cut my hairs could have been a little more interactive and polished. Rs.300 for a haircut is a little over priced for a place like Sambalpur and for the quality of service provided, I personally feel it should be some where near Rs.200. Some lack in service was unavailability of hot water at the time of Shampoo & hair cutting was too slow. It would have been a good gesture had they offered coffee for the coffee maker which they already have in their Salon. Overall, result was good and I will surely give it a try again.

My first visit and it was AweSome experience @Inguz The Salon. I am amazed to see beautiful Ambience, excellent Service, Professionalism, Cleanliness, collection of products and what not all in one station. I took D tanning and trimming service today. I truly felt the change before and after. It was good learning experience, the person guided me how to take care of my skin post service and work on my daily care regime. The regular small talks by the person to understand my comfort levels and suggestions have enlightened me. I must say it is ONE OF its Kind in Sambalpur so far. Must visit when you wanted to treat yourself and your loved ones with care and surprise. Highly Recommended

Best place in Sambalpur to get hair done. They have a lot of cut and color options. The service is great. Has makeup options as well.

I am changing my review of 2 years ago. The salon has become arrogant after earning good reviews. Apart from being costly doesn't talk to customer politely, rather rudely to them. We have been a regular visitor to this salon and observed this behavior over a period of time. The primary/good employees have left the salon and they are trying to do shoddy work with employees not having hands on. And on top of that while requesting for change of personnel rendering the service, the owner-lady said to my wife"karna hai tto karo warna nikal jao. Aapne threading kabhi karaaya hhi nahi hai". It's very painful that I'll have to convey my revised review about the salon to all those whom I recommend few years ago.
