Cyber Crime Police Station having jurisdiction over 4 districts - Ernakulam, Idukki, Alappuzha & Kottayam. Cyber crimes reported at the police stations in above 4 districts are dealt in this institution. It is functioning on the first floor of the same building where the Law & order Police station, Info Park PS is situated.

Had a very problematic situation in a hotel where our booking was confirmed and payment was accepted online on checkin time the stay was rejected, called police station after sevaral failed attempts of solutions with hotel and online booking partner. SI sir was great help immediately responded to our call and came to location and talked with hotel representative and helped arranging different stay. We were worried as the situation was at night 11pm. Great efforts and to SI sir and team

To be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect as the general consensus is that police stations are scary and people avoid them as far as possible. The police officers on duty seemed reasonably friendly: one of them wasn't in uniform so it didn't really have the feel of a police station. The location of the station is truly horrible. The access road is full of potholes and there is a final steep gradient road that one has to negotiate before reaching the front of the station. The building looks tired: not surprising as the officer says it is really old. However the good news is that a new piece of land on the Infopark Expressway has been earmarked for construction of the new station which they expect to be ready in about a year's time.

Friendly and helpful Police staff. A good upgrade to the usual Police stations. Staff here are very respectful and well behaved and shows empathy and support to the people in need.

I have been here once to file a complaint regarding a wallet loss. Very helpful staff. The police officers were very friendly and they provided us additional information to get the copy of the documents that we lost. The only issue I have noticed is that the location is very far from the main road and not easily accessible.

All the police officers - from the Circle Inspector to the junior most policeman, are friendly and approachable to the public. They are also pro-active in their approach.

Bad experience. They are very reluctant to file a case. They are ready to handle the complaint without registering it as a case. And the behaviour towards a female who went alone to PoliceStation - was really very very bad

Fast and easy and smiling face. Went in for signing a tenant move in form and was the fastest ever visit. Very friendly :)
