Being in the Infopark ecosystem the benefits are multitude - uninterrupted power supply at subsidized rates, best in class internet lease lines with premium SLAs, unmatched talent pool, tax exemptions on GST, income tax, customs duty on imports etc. being in SEZ, opportunities to associate with industry peers and leaders through non-profit organizations like NASSCOM, GTech are a few to mention. Unlike other campuses, Infopark phase 2 is a calm and serene campus on the bank of river Kadambra with a lot of greenery and walkways, away from the chaotic traffic and urban activities with renowned educational establishments line Muthoot Sanskara and GEMS.

Good ambience and atmosphere with really vast parking space. Consists of many good IT companies. Very clean space with organised surroundings. Great work place. Clean rest rooms and the staffs are really pleasent. Transportation facilities are really good

I was working in Cognizant phase 2 campus in Infopark. Well maintained office, good road and nice greenery n all. Cognizant, TransAsia, Claysis and few other offices are working here. Even there is a school working inside phase 2 But the major problem with phase 2 is you dont have a public transportation available. Either you should own a vehicle or your company should provide some cab services or shuttle services. Another method is getting a private auto from phase 1 entrance but you have to pay Rs60 for that(it was before the pandemic, dont know the current charge). As it is very closer to Brahmapuram plant, the smell of waste wont allow you to go out of your building some days. Another big concern is the safety issues I felt after 6pm while going back to home alone. Never think of going by walk. Its never safe I just hate the infrastructure management idea of phase 2 without a proper transportation.

Infopark Phase II contains the buildings Jyothirmaya, TransAsia Cyberpark, Cloudscapes Cyberpark, Cognizant & Claysys Campuses. Transit to phase II is a little bit difficult since most of the bus services from Kakkanad are only upto Phase I. Even auto services are not available near Phase II. Road to Phase II is also very congested. Lack of shops, restaurants near Phase II is another major problem faced by employees here.

Individual buildings has their own infrastructure. The approach road from the main road and connectivity from Phase 1 needs to be improved.

Not even have a good road facility to enter, always needs to wait for other vehicles to pass
