Infinity Resorts Kanha - Hotel in Baherakhar - Balaghat, India

The rooms are great. However Day 1 the service was not good. Needed to follow up alot. I spoke to Ketan next morning ,he delivered and made the stay memorable. Arranged BBQ & great candle lights set up.

Infinity is only about huge space, middle of the forest blah blah but other things are pretty same as what you get in a 1star/ 2 star lodge Though the staff is polite and they resolve the issues, Why do we get issues in first place since we are paying 7k per night? AC remotes not working, no Soap in the bathrooms, No Hot water, Water getting chocked in bathroom Bedsheets has stains and looked unclean when we were allotted rooms Food quality was very much average I and my Mom suffered from Food infection over next 3-4 days after returning back All the issues were addressed on reporting but enough attention is not given in first place to live upto the tag of a "luxury resort"

Decent experience, lunch and dinner were superb with good options but breakfast Quantity for safari was less. Faced some issue with ac and mini fridge in one of our rooms. Big tented rooms need ac at full blast or room gets very hot during late morning and afternoon. Suggestion would be to switch on ac for active rooms for guests who are coming back from safari in summers.

The location and atmosphere is great...however I would never recommend staying in tents in summer as it is really hot and there are a million insects and lizards inside.....the food and hospitality was great

It's a good resort with a very good view. Rooms and washrooms are spacious. Food is great. The menu can include a veg and non-veg starter. Swimming pool water should have been more clear.

Stayed there for 2 nights, just 4.5 hrs drive from Raipur. Awesome resorts. Spacious rooms and amazing sitout @back. Pool is good and you have few more activities / games for kids. Kalu, Ray , Oscar and Copper are best part of entire resorts. Do spend some time with them Decent food, they need to work on quality of food. 1st day food was good, however 2nd day it was bad. Resort manager Shailendra was very helpful , other staff need to learn lot about hospitality. Overall great place. Will definitely visit again

A 5 star stay, detailed review below Location - this property is very accurately pinned on Google maps. Just follow the same. Mukki gate is 9km (20 min) by your own car. Instead of calling the jeep to the resort which will cost 1,000 INR, prefer to go to the mukki gate by your own car. The road is a kaccha road but drivable. Tent accomodation - it comes with a big private waranda and a lobby too, thie can be used to play outside, or for personal bonfire or candle light dinner or for some family activities. The tent has all modern amenities. Hot water is available 24*7 (even in the wash basins). The room has TV, AC and mini fridge (the fridge was empty though). Each tent is placed comfortably away from each other for better privacy. Beds are comfortable and big enough for 2 adults and 1 kid. Inhouse activities - table tennis, carrom board and swimming pool is available. Even in winter the swimming pool is neatly maintained and ready to use everyday. Common bonfire is available between 7 to 9 in the evening. Private bonfire costs 500 per wood bundle. Banquet hall - The food is super delicious to an extent that words can't define it. The food is served hot and fresh. We stayed for 3 days and each item served accross all the meals were super tasty. During my stay i was the only guest and hence every single item was asked and made as per my suggestion (,great gesture by the chef). The food here will make your stay even more memorable. The chef and kitchen staff is attentive while addressing special requests for kids menu. The food is the show stopper I could say. Staff - Staff is very polite and friendly. They are prominent and promising in addressing any requests made by the guests. Wake up call helped in waking up on time for the morning safari. Blankets, packed breakfast was available for the safari. The overall property is very well maintained, neat and clean. Overall, it's a 10/10 property and definitely my pick for everytime visit to Kanha. Suggestions - pls provide room slippers as during winter the floor is extremely cold. Room heater is required during winters. Wifi if could be made available atleast in the amenity hall could help.

Infinity resorts kanha was unlike any other resort i have been to, even though the resort is simple with most amenities the best thing about the resort was the hospitality of the staff. Be it anytime of the day they were always ready to tend to your needs. They even cared about little things such as packing a table cloth in the picnic basket. After living there for a few days they even get used to your schedule and give you wake up calls or provide you with your snacks at your usual eating time. This kind of caring for the guests is lacked by many resorts. This is a lovely resort and i recommend staying here is you ever plan to visit Kanha National park
