I had been practising yoga for many years, I was looking for someone who could challenge me further. Pradeep did just that, I'm always challenged by new poses everytime. Yoga is a very gradual practice and I felt the trainer knows his subject well. Moreover he's capable himself of doing very challenging asanas which helps him understand the techniques to achieve the right posture.

It's a great yoga training centre in Malibu town. Must try. They offer both online and in studio classes. I have seen some older people as well here, there is no age limit.
