Been going here for 2 months now. Good place, helpful trainers. I suggest going there early morning as in the evening it gets too crowded to workout properly, also you have to wait for others to finish their sets as the machines/dumbells are occupied. Owner is very helpful. Overall a good place for beginners/professionals.
