I've been going to Infinity fitness studio and all the Health related instructors for about 3 weeks now, and let me tell you I LOVE IT.. they are all very energetic and they make it fun I always look forward to going fitness class! I would recommend this to everyone
There was a lot of core stuff and they balanced the cardio very well. they will tailor a workout regime specific to your needs.trainer is very knowledgable on training and diet. Some are there for weight loss, others for conditioning and strengthing. Classes change daily and are always interesting.
