Rooms and beds are great. However the spa and gym are non-functional. Gym equipment is rusty and unusable. Spa services were not available post COVID scenarios as per hotel staff. Morning breakfast is only ok, but not a very full diet with a variety of cuisines.
Food at Namli kitchen was not upto the mark. On table cutlery was not completely arranged . Only fork was there. Dahi kebab was so sour that can't be eaten. Jungly murg needed to be toasted in ghee but it was just boiled and served with some spices .
One of the best hotel I have ever visited. Very polite staff, good service in a feasible price. Overall excellent experience.

The location of this hotel is very good, on main road with lots of eating and shopping options close by in the area. Rooms are good, spacious, although need little maintenance and washroom bathing area does not have proper water outlet system. Staff is good, cooperative, helping in whatever way possible. Breakfast options were good and food was tasty too. Overall, it can be considered for a short business or leisure stay in Indore.
