Infiniti Bay Holiday apartment rental

We stayed at villa number 103 for 4 days. Villa and amenities are very well maintained & equipped. Property has friendly and efficient caretakers and staff. Property is under 10 minutes drive to Dabolim airport and about 20 minutes away from Bogmalo beach. There are three bedrooms, spacious living/dining, fully functional kitchen, well maintained clean indoor pool with a portico.

Infiniti bay Property 105 was a scam The photos are deceptive.This property is stinky with broken sink, water seeping into cieling through central ac; lights were not working, most of them were fused;pool has yellow grout; electric sockets are hanging out of the wall, the pipes have yellow water stains and utterly disgusting; care taker has bad attitude. Horribly maintained apartment. This was an ultimate vacation mood spoiler. We were asked to pay to the owner as soon as we checked in n we did. After checking out the rooms we were disgusted and checked out same day. Not only did we lose an entire day looking for alternate option but also ended up loosing money for the day. This is a Scam and they lied shamelessly

Best place for a home stay witj friends and family what a view from rooms.

We stayed in apartment no.109.. Definitely not a place for a family (we were about 5 adults and 1 toddler).. it's surely for a group of friends with self driving ability.. can host a party in the hall with a maximum of 20 Ppl.. can only have 6-7 guest who can sleep.. Many of the places in Vasco don't deliver to this place, very few restaurants (very poor food and unsafe food - a member had a case of food poisoning and others had slightly lesser symptoms).. for the price, they could have atleast provided coffee sachets, tea and sugar which is basic in any place hosting.. the shampoos, soap, dental kits are not standard items they all have symbols and logos of different hotels in south Goa, feel the person buying will and selling it to such properties usually have a secondary market for such things or would have been left by other guests.. washing machine is available in the property, but no washing powder.. the dental kit was not sealed hence felt unsafe to use any of the items.. housekeeping is done on alternate days, if ur using the utensils u need to clean it urself or call for housekeeping at extra cost which is annoying as we need to be there to monitor.. Manager should accompany the house help but he doesn't come.. any loss of items is tough to figure out.. Very pricy for the services and support given.. property manager acts very cocky(Mr. Govind).. We reach late around 9pm on day 1, so we didn't expect manager to be there and show us around.. but even though we stayed there for 3 nights, he didn't show us the place.. Futher, he entered the property with out information to complete his work.. Limited towels provided, towels were replaced once in 2 days.. further the property manager demanded we given back the used towels when they were being used at that moment.. Whole apartment complex is ill maintained.. none of the common facilities are in usable conditions.. many of the structures have been corroded inside the flat including fans.. Many safety concerns in the property.. kitchen window doesn't lock, the property can easily be accessed.. from the hall to the swimming pool, there is an opening, again the lock is broken, on the personal swimming pool, the deck is shaky and does not feel safe.. the hobs indicator has worn out, so only trial and error to find out which hob for which regulator.. many switches are broken and couple of them doesn't work in the hall.. hot water for all the bathrooms are controlled via a switch in kitchen.. in the bathroom I used, the water stands in the shower area, causing slip and fall concern.. there is a glass separating the hall and the foyer, can be easily mistaken to be open space and did bump into the glass.. the oven in the house doesn't work.. the property has wooden flooring which have gaps due to shrinkage of the wooden panels.. the security guard is usually asleep.. only 1 security personnel for the whole property.. The owners of these apartments are usually not in Goa, hence they are unaware of the ground conditions.. The view is great from the property to see the open waters..

If planning for a stay at this place, a vehicle is a must must.. this place is far inside and with very limited access to any hotels and it is far off from any of the popular places... the property has a nice view and location to stay.. we had booked a stay at a condo.. the property in itself is nice with plunge pool and also a common pool.. but having said that the property seems to be not that very superbly maintained as could be seen from the pics and so to say the cost of stay.... it has a functional kitchen with utensils but who would like to cook on a vacay ...

Beaches are far away.. near to the airport..

Good place to rent for a day, isolated. Prices are on the higher side. Apartments with private pools available. Parking available in premises. Personal experience: Centralised AC, some issues. Pool cleanliness - decent, need to inform caretaker to clean. Overall place cleanliness - Good. Barbecue grill available Kitchen has cutlery and gas stove.

We stayed in villa 1 Awesome property. Caretaker Mr. Sonu is very helpful.
