I was quite surprised by the cleanliness and management issues at the Taj property I visited. The menu was sticky and unclean, the water bottles appeared to be neglected, and it felt like the staff lacked proper training. Overall, it was not the quality I expected from a Taj property. The food was good, I order Long Island Ice Tea which did not feel, look or taste like the cocktail, it was just cold team with alcohol. No effort was made to make it look presentable! Horrible. Avoid.

Fantastic area to wine and dine. The ambiance is incredible especially when it's quiet and not to busy. We arrived just a little after 10pm. Staff is so welcoming and leave you to look at the menu for as long as you want without any hassle. The rooftop is really relaxing. We had drinks here on our last night in Agra and it was perfect. It started getting really late and even though we were the last ones there we didn't feel rushed out at all. But as always the Radisson blu chains are second to none in my personal opinion. Very relaxed, chilled environment while I was on the rooftop it did not feel I was in India at all. Cocktails were also made to perfection. I got 'Sex on the beach' but minis the orange so you then have yourself a 'woo woo' cocktail. Very popular nationwide and could always be added to your menu in future delish!

It was a wonderful experience of Roof Top restaurant, Swimming pool and direct view of Taj Mahal It's amazing to see Taj Mahal so near to this place Food was also very delicious although there was a limited variety . . only Continental food Lights in the evening were nicely decorated to make the ambience more pleasant

Not an enjoyable night, average food, messed up the food order and the item they had to serve. 1st time in my life, I was trying Rissoto and that too at a 5 star hotel, had really high hopes but went down crashing. They brought wrong order and I didn't know what was missing I realised that quite late when I told the waiter later he informed me that's what I ordered now, I didn't know how to pronounce it even so I just showed it to him on the menu, wonder how it got wrong. Then I asked him, to bring other item 5-10 minutes later, they brought it within 5 minutes both the items. Also, mosquitoes kept biting my legs. They should really keep an eye on the services at a 5 Star, I didn't like the experience of this place particularly.
