The hospital is very nice, big and clean Special thanks to Sushma Shelar madam, she is very cooperative, she checked my mom and dad's eyes very well on the machine and gave us porper number for the eyes. Our consultant was Dr. Dinesh Narayan Suhan (MBBS, DOMS, RIO, Chennai, DNB), he explained us very well. I heard about this hospital from Mr. Yogesh Chavan, Sr. X Marketing and Business Development at the camp, he is also very helpful. thanks infigo
Completely disappointed with management.if the doctor is going to operate patient by or after noon than what is point in calling patient by 10 am and making tham seat till noon . We requested couple of days ago and took appointment for first patient to operate however they agreed to do so but on the day of operation they operateed 3 patients
Hospital is good, so we decided to do cataract 2nd operation also in Infigo Eye Care Hospital Virar west. Unfortunately this time we got bad experience in medical store. The way he replied it was just rude & unprofessional. This was never expected from them. After discussion nobody staff interested to apologize on act.
Today was my second routine checkup at infigo, Dr.sushma and himanshu guided me very well. Very good service was provided by the them.

Waiting post payment n first check up for 1&1/2 hours and no update to n doctor by the team on ground. On asking they are all lost ... Bad experience have severe eye sore n pain hence came in emergency but not the ground team is able to understand the emergency of medical intervene i require. They could have said doctor not Available currently, i would have gone to other eye hospital..
