Indus Valley Ayurvedic Centre - IVAC - Ayurvedic clinic in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

I've been to IVAC several times over the years for full body massage, never stayed overnight. Place is beautiful, clean and peaceful. Staff is very polite and full body massage it's a 9 out of 10. However, prices are VERY high compared to any other places I've tried in India. I go there as a a treat, as having regular treatments would be unaffordable (for me).

We took the 2 days cottage package but they upgraded us to villa. The villa was just awesome (very spacious, great amenities, kitchen, great views etc). Property is spacious amid lot of greenery and mango trees. Body massages and yoga was great. We really enjoyed them and felt relaxed. Rama, our yoga instructor, went out of his way to teach us some yoga asanas as per our requirement (big shout out to him). Food was very light on stomach and delicious. Every dish we tasted was mouth watering (except pumpkin halwa). Our server during dinner was very courteous and helpful. But I didn't like the beauty/facial session. It was not professionally done. Also, they charged 5% service charge which they didn't mention while booking (customers should be informed). Overall, it was a great relaxing experience for us and would recommend it for rejuvenation

Excellent place for ayurvedic detox. Professional service, nice ambience and healthy and tasty traditional food. The cottages are the best rooms to stay.

The best ayurvedic treatment,the best in mysore, highly recommended. They have the best cooperating staff,healthy clean and hygienic environment. Very positive environment.

I was there for four days for rejuvenation and will definitely be coming back. The massages, food, and yoga were all just as expected, and the doctor prepared a good schedule for me. The massage therapists are well trained and it shows when you go for treatments. In the yoga room I experienced a new meaning of the word 'surrender'. The restaurant and other staff were all friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend Indus Valley Ayurvedic Center to my friends and family.

I would say that this place provides good treatment and necessary facilities in order to have a quiet and relaxing time. But the downside is that this place is suitable for older people who come for treatment and not for young people who want to enjoy nature and have relaxation as this place does not have enough scenic views to enjoy. So after some massage it's difficult to while away the time as there are not much activities to do . If you want to go and sleep after massage then this might be ok .

This place is heaven on earth. This is the real royal palace of Mysore. It is a place connected with the deep ancient healing traditions of India. It is carrying this flame brightly and beautifully. I visited many times with my family, It is a green lush campus. The staff are impeccable. The treatments are wonderful and very traditional but done in a clean and modern way. Highly recommended if you want to experience proper Ayurveda.
