Due to a small scratch on my vehicle, I gave it for claim at Bharnikau indus showroom, I paid Rs 15000 claim bill and Rs 1000 service charge. Many items were missed and replaced by your staff. The color of my vehicle was pearl white and they painted it in a normal white color. When I called your showroom and complained, they told me to bring my vehicle back. The vehicle was returned after 6 days and it was delivered home after 10 pm. Still they were not able to solve any of my problems. My vehicle was full of scratches and I saw that some liquid had fallen all over the roof of the car and clear coat was applied over it and the vehicle was overheating. My vehicle was claimed and the bonnet was changed when I checked and found it to be an old piece. I think it was in kollam sarathi, I have serviced my vehicle 3 times before and they serviced me very well. It was my first time in bharnikau indus showroom. It was a very bad experience. I brought my vehicle to your showroom three times for repainting. All proof of what I have said above I have photos and videos with me I will share this bad experience with everyone I know so that no one has to have such a bad experience service Just bad dirty service

Indus name itself is an allergy for me because they do not value cousto. Their aim is to create maximum problems for the coustomers. I was a prospective customer but the way they cheated me made me to change my decision. Car shopping was a bad experience with them for me or rather horrible experience.b
