Note: I found the handling especially while moving vehicles from one place to another inside the repair and maintenance yard a but harsh and worrying, i hope they would work on that.

I used deal with Mr Danish Mohd, in the workshop section. Very good service n prompt service. Only parking is a problem. Of course because of servicing as well as showroom in one place.

I worked in their outlet last 3.5 yrs. Friendly associates. Good parking space. Near by Palakkad RTO office, BSNL office & FORCE motors sales cum service. You can by all New maruti suzuki arena badged vehicles there. Car service centre and maruti driving is also there.

Flet like visited some local workshop even they are more professional. Here customer's need to search the parking spot and service advisor, felt like visited newely started unprofessional workshop

Never ever choose indus even not by mistake Atleast not in palakkad! Whole staff are doing their job with a mutual understanding between each of them so that even if a staff does something wrong or a problem arises because of their misdeed, they all help each other with no guilt Especially the manager is the one who support such practices He clearly shows this in front of the customers Even if the staff do something wrong he still support by not even asking anything to them when we rise a issue directly to him No wonder why most of the staffs are behaving like this All of them just smiles talk nicely till booking then they show their true colors! False promises, liying ,wrong commitments and tell all kind of foolish things just to fool the buyer's I am suprised that how indus let's such people get into these positions Sales executive have zero knowledge about what's actually going on in the current market Even they don't have any knowledge about their own products!! They just talk like they know everything but actually they don't even know anything about cars All the things they do here are unprofessional But they know how to lie very realistically in front of the customers and loot them that's all If a person with zero knowledge about their products and are buying their first car then it will be their last car from Maruti Suzuki if you are buying from indus palakkad Because this is the right mixture for them to take advantage! Sales executives don't even have a slightest shame while lying in front of their designated customers To some extent they even blame us for their mistakes and problems caused by their lying which is the only thing i cannot digest!! Really got fed up of their behaviour and sales - service They wont even tell the procedures or steps which we need to be done before delivery Only thing they will call you is for money after the booking that's all Not even customer friendly in terms transparency They just hide everything and lie to you People who really don't know these will get trapped by them! Never buy any additional accessories or package from here Everything done with a unprofessional touch and packages are there for loot you They will force you and tell or behave like you are fool in a indirect way for not choosing these items and packages Never fall for such things Even service part extremely trash They will just see your vehicle as an another way of getting money Don't know anything just know to loot customer's Never ever do service from indus! Better choose another dealership than indus otherwise you will regret a lot even after the delivery!

Sharing the experience soley based on the interaction with their senior sales office Mr. Rahul P R. The over all experience can be qualified as excellent. The first response and follow-up were done promptly. Showed the interest to listen and clarify customer's queries. Genuine and polite behaviour made the experience a delight. Details are communicated upfront and no adhoc adjustments done during the closure. All these culminated in buying a car from Indus motors. Hope Indus motors will keep up the good will through their smart employees. PS: The behaviour of the house keeping staff is top-notch with the best possible hospitality they are capable off. By the way, you may experience some small hurdle to find a parking space. But that's something you can excuse off if everything else goes well :)

The works manager Mr. Latheesh is a very customer friendly person. I have been dealing with him for many years & every time he succeeded in helping me to get work done.

Very poor customer care. On 5/8/2023 I approached a person called Lijo who is a sales customer executive to know the details of Maruti Breeza. He does not give clear answers to questions without any responsibility. At least for asking a doubt, I have not even gone to the replay and looked at the message. If this is the case with new car buyers, what will happen if I go for service tomorrow? I thank you for knowing the approach of Indus Motors before purchasing the vehicle
