As we have paid insurance through a private firm, they made us run uselessly while applying for insurance claim tdy.. Till now don't you all know to write gst num while giving papers that should be used for claiming. It was a very bad experience and running to and fro just for a missing gst num in our busy schedule was a futile thing. And v r not bafoons who can't understand why you all did so...

Went to hire the car booked through Indus Go. The complete formalities were professional. Will recommend for anyone. Make sure you are those who respect rules. Else, it will eat your pockets big time.
Terrible service avoid if possible
Horrible service. Bought an alto k10 for 2.3 lakhs. They said they would do all maintenance before delivery. But they didn't do anything. I had to make them do it at the time of delivery. Then after reaching home I saw that the steppini Tyre was in burst condition. Then had to go back and get another one. Then again after going back home I realized that the spare key they gave was not actually this car's key. When I contacted them they said they don't have the spare key, and they said they have to order a new set of keys and replace everything. They gave me so much trouble. Extremely irresponsible bunch of douchebags.
