Very bad customer service. I never expecting this from indus motors sulthan bathery.i ordered a swift car from indus ,after 1month they said delivery i am okay with that .But they not deliver on the date.i am asking about delivery to salesman he trying to make me fool .please think twice when you buying a car from indus bathery

very bad ,I have bought a wagonr before 4 months and after 2 months new big wagonr had arrived with more accesories ,i had bought 3 cars from indus but iam not satisfied in indus bathery unit and also we had asked to salesman about upcoming cars and he said that no cars are going to arrive .SO FRIENDS PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND ,

Not satisfied with the dealings

Had problem with my car (exhaust leak) during the long drive from Bangalore to wayanad. Maruti helpline connected me to Mr Anish from Indus wayanad who came to my resort and checked the car. He resolved the issue within half an hour. Maruti stands out in customer service and assistance .

Very poor product knowledge, don't buy anything from Indus Motors-Sulthan bathery branch.
