I had send my car here for 1Lakhs Km service. The experience was excellent. They replaced all the required parts in 2 days and delivered the car. The car feels like brand new now. The service advisor Mr Midhun S did a very good job. Highly recommend this place.

Very bad experience. Not satisfied with sales staff. I asked for a vehicle made in September or October and they gave me August made one. I was in a situation to accept it. After receiving payment only they bring vehicle to showroom. Once they receive payment their attitude changes. It will be like, if you want take and go. They indirectly threaten that if insurance is not through them, don't expect much support. They choose insurance themselves without asking me. ( May be financially beneficial for them). I had no time, otherwise I would have screwed them and take them to law.

dear FRIENDS my name is Muhammad Fairos, owner oF maruthi Suzuki Ritz car. i had given my car to maruthi Suzuki authorized service center in wayanad (INDUS MOTORS WAYANAD MEENAGADI KAKAVAYAL), for body repairing. but the work they had done was not having a good finishing and it was fully damaged. i informed them once and they told me that they would check it and resolve the complaints. by believing their words i had given my car to them for the second time.i had some more other body works too. but even though they could not complete both the complaints properly. the painting was very bad and not having a good finishing. it just looks like a painting from an ordinary work shop.they could not solve the complaints of mine for two times. when i informed them for the second time about it, they told me to bring the car for the third time. now they are telling that they can not complaint my problems. they can do only a body polishing. i am not satisfied with it. what can i do DEAR BETTER YOU DON'T CHOSE THIS SERVICE CENTER FOR YOU MARUTHI SUZUKI CAR VERY BAD SERVICE IN THIS WORK SHOP IT IS BETTER FOR YOU

This is not the only authorized maduthile Suzuki service centre but this place is crowdy and entrance is placed in dangerous way for both customers and other road drivers. Service centre workers drive Customer car without any cautions , I myself have near miss collisions with the irresponsible service centre drivers coming out of the entrance.

hey all,if you really need you vehicle back alive don't ever think of giving you car in this damn place......i gave my m800 for the periodic service on 27th June 2017,and i told them what all were the problems very specifically , we went for the test drive with the executive , very rough driving they should atleast have the common sense of understanding that the owner is sitting right next to them before doing such rough drivnig, and unfortunately i couldn't go for taking the car from the service center,i told my mom to go take,on the way when she is coming back the entire circuit under the steering short and smoke started coming she got panic and called the executive , he send some other guy for the checkup,and i dont know what he did it was fine after that , and recently when the rainy season started and was cleaning the floor matt the bloody leak is still there , is this why you made me put my car there for 3 days and took 7000 rs from me...............also a lady called for review i told her what happened she told we will raise a complaint and the maruthi people will be calling nothing of that sort happened............very much disappointed.....dont even think of calling me again regarding the service...... i wont be giving any of my cars there here after.........guys really think many times before giving your car there.......

Authorised Maruti Suzuki Service Centre with quality assured services. A convenient place to reach. It's better to book for service to avoid the delay. Good service.
