Not a great experience. First of all when we give a vehicle for service they should note down our requirements. That's not done. Partially serviced vehicle was given after delays against the promised date. Parts of the serviced vehicle was not reattached and had to be done by myself. They aren't very professional in this regard. Price wise they are on the higher side and charge heavily.

Great customer lounge room...it is air conditioned...but when we are going for service of our vehicle...cleaning process is not properly taking ...i have seen that with my eyes that when it's getting rush by more vehicle, they are cleaning just only not perfectly

They dont even care about customers time. I had faced problem with ac and had to service.. a week later the same issue was popped up. I had to go again and they told me that it had a leakage... after tat i had to wait for 2 days to fix this problem... more than money pls do value time...

Very very bad service

Worst sales support ever.... Payment was passed on Nov 3rd and today is Nov 12th...Registration process is not yet done.... Delivery date gets postponed everyday.... Suggest everyone to got to KVR or Popular who do better in sales.... Wouldn't recommended Indus to anyone.. Stay away from fraudsters

Irresponsible! Booked a service Kept calling for a time slot. They seem to have no interest to work with cars. Stop selling if you can't fix them
