UNPROFESSIONAL. I booked a car based on guaranteed delivery promise within a month. I wanted a specific car for my parents who stay back at home so that they can travel around comfortably before the worse monsoons hit as I work and live elsewhere. Now, after 2 months, they are asking me to make a compromise on my choice of car or delivery will further be delayed by uncertainty. A crew who has no idea what they are doing is the worst. I'm utterly disappointed at the lack of responsibility, reliability and complete lack of professionalism. I disappointed at myself for making the wrong selection of dealership.
