Sharing Our Experience at indus jaipur hospital I want to talk about my mother's knee surgery at the hospital. The surgeon and his team were really good, and the surgery went well. But, there were some things that bothered us. Firstly, the staff didn't seem to care much. We had to ask for help many times, and it felt like they ignored us. Also, they didn't give enough info about things like walkers and chairs that can help after surgery. Even though we got a room with stuff, nothing worked at first, and they replaced the TV only on the third day. The hospital didn't have enough walkers, so patient had to ask for one just to go to the toilet. I can't really recommend this hospital because of these problems. The staff's attitude made things worse. On the day before surgery, I told them the water heater wasn't working, but they ignored it. I had to wake up at 5 AM on the surgery day to remind them to fix it so my mom could take a bath. Also, the bathroom lock stayed broken despite telling them many times. There's another thing that bothered us a lot. Since patient couldn't bend knee just after surgery, they forgot to suggest using a kamod chair. Neither the physiotherapist, nursing staff, nor any other staff suggested it, and they didn't provide one. We later found out that TKR patients like my mom needed it for a while to ease in sitting. Also, as I mentioned earlier, they had very limited resources, sharing the walker and kamod chair among patients. However, these two things should be in each patient's room until discharge, especially for all TKR patients. Moreover, they took too much time to prepare the bills and share them with the insurance company. This delay resulted in our discharge happening at 10:30 PM. Only the doctor was good; other management people and staff caused so much problem. I worry who would be responsible if something bad happens because of this oversight. Despite the surgery going well, these issues with the staff, facilities, and billing process made our stay not so great.

My wife had treatment in dr. Mamta mehta mam she is very good & her behaviour was very polit & she so humble & omkawar mam is very cooperative & helpful and all staff was very good Indus hospital facility was awesome.

My experience at Indus jaipur hospital for maternity care was exceptional. The staff was caring, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout my wife pregnancy and delivery. I felt safe and she is well taken care of in Indus.

Good hospital for multi speciality treatment. Cardiology, orthopaedic, urology and many other treatment services are satisfactory. Medical staff is good and experienced. Hospital area is proper clean. They only need look into patient admission process and lower staff service quality. Big issue is in management and proper communication in departments.

I had a cesarian delivery in Indus hospital under supervision of doctor Mamta Mehta. She has been my doctor since 3 years now and has always been professional yet compassionate. In terms of hospital below are the key highlights Positive: Mamta Maam and her staff are always their to help out and constantly check for your health The NICU nurses are a amazing (Manju and Chanda) they take care of the baby patiently and are empathetic in behaviour towards new mom and baby. The cleaning staff Khushi is another positive and happy person to greet each day always leaves the room saying "please call me for anything" Areas to improve: Canteen food is exactly same each day and needs improvement (raw bread is given without butter) NICU admin staff is slow in processing paperwork Operations can be improved. We booked suite room and there was one electric kettle on entire floor we had to get one from home. The hospital bed side to hold needed fixes (was fixed post asking)
