We had been to the Induri fort recently. It a small fort in Talegaon area about 10 km away. There is a Kadjai Mata mandir. This fort was ruled by Sardar Khandorao Dabhade. Now there is no way to go around the fort due to unwanted eruption of weeds and thorny bushes in fort area.
As a piece of history, it does hold a lot of that historical aura. Unfortunately, time has not been kind to this fort. Nothing remains except the kamaan (main gate) and some dilapidated walls. However, I met a group of very passionate people who are currently working hard to restore this place.
Induri Fort is a simple fort built by Sarsenapati Khandojirao Yesajirao Dabhade during the Maratha Empire period in 1720-21. The Dhabhades (royal family) of Talegaon were historically in power in Gujarat

Vehicle can directly enter in the fort. Fort wall visible from outside. Bcz of bushes n grass we cant walk on the wall. No food n water inside. But all available outside bcz its in the city.
