I had high expectations from this salon when I showed the owner a color reference image. She assured me that she could achieve the desired result. Unfortunately, the outcome was far from what I expected. Despite her initial quote of 4000/-, I felt the service was not worth that amount and negotiated to pay 3000/-. The next day, I washed my hair with an expensive shampoo designed for colored hair, the same one I used previously without any issues. However, the color applied by the salon faded significantly. When I shared the photo of my faded hair with the owner and requested a refund or a redo, she adamantly refused. Instead, she blamed the fading on my use of a supposedly cheap shampoo. I clarified that my shampoo was high-quality and suitable for colored hair. She then claimed to have used a semi-permanent hair color, contradicting her previous statements. and also said y didn't i buy a shampoo from her Her refusal to acknowledge any mistake and the subsequent disrespectful behavior, including blocking me and responding negatively to my friend's inquiry, left me extremely dissatisfied. I strongly advise against visiting this salon if you value your hair and expect professional and respectful treatment from the owner

Heres the honest review you need: For my dull skin and pigmented skin i started using their vegan products and in 3 weeks I noticed my skin revive and become healthy n glowing. I was quite particular but they outdid and made my dream come true ..The hair and makeup was exactly how i wanted it to be for my wedding. the staff were patient and so easy to communicate with and highly skilled and only used clean products. Indu's salon is definitely the experience a bride needs! Thankyou so much I'm satisfied and so happy that I trusted you with D day of my life!

Got pedicure and clean up done here. The service is best in the city and Indu mam knows her work in the best manner...! It doesn't burn your pockets also. Visit once to get the experience. Highly recommend the place in Vasco city.

It's a lovely place good environment to chill and with Indu it's more fun she makes everyone so comfortable this has become my favorite place since last two years
