They treats people as machines want them to work 24/7. The most Important thing "Respect of a Person", You'll never get their; as your boss will shout on you in front of everyone and It seems like everyone is just waiting for you to make a little mistake to get the opportunity to shout on you. They don't have manners Especially the "Production manager" respect is a big word but they don't even know how to talk. Company might be good but production manager & the management is a torture in employees , he is the Biggest problem to begin with.

I don't know about the quality of their products but i have to say people who are making them have a Miserable life with the workload from the toxic boss.
