My husband and myself went for a couple spa. We opted for the Balinese spa. Bharti and Shiva were our masseuses. They did a fantastic job! We are definitely going back for it. Highly recommend their great service.
Best place for removing stress...spa was good...sauna bath and steam bath were very nice...pool was awesome...

Having thought about spa in a 5star hotel I had few basic expectations. But the following points would tell you my experience: 1. Weren't able to start the session on time. It took them 30mins and a shouting from me to start the session 2. Inspite of good ambience and courteous nature of my masseur, the massage did not include pressure points or infact adequate time on each body part. 3. The head massage included just applying the oil and rubbing it for 15sec. 4. Steam room was ineffective 5. Confirmation of Sauna and Jacuzzi over the call as a complimentary service was denied during service. 6. Extremely overpriced for what they provided.
Massage is not that great , the lady seemed inexperienced and had no idea about pressure points. I am having pain in my back after the massage. Also, the feedback form is given by the massage lady and not the manager.
