Indriya Sands - Resort hotel in Kochi - Ernakulam, India

The beach view and the backwater view rooms were overpriced and did not offer the view that they claimed on their website. I do not recommend this. Toilet seat was loose and moving. The food was horrible. However, some of the staff were well behaved and the rooms were clean. At least we enjoyed the time at Kuzhuppilly beach as it was closer to the beach.The amenities were only basic and not luxurious for the price we payed.Moreover, the adventure activities that they had described as the main attraction was not even part of the package that we booked and had to pay additionally.

I stayed in backwater room, it is good but not great. Balcony view, room ambience and all is ok. They have an adventure park in same property, if you are staying in property kayaking and pedal boating is complementary with no limit. The kayak area is ambient and that is nice add-on to the stay. They have 2 pools 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. Breakfast menu is also good.

We stayed for 3 days (2 nights) and it was amazing. We came as a family and had rooms in the beach view and backwater view areas. The beach is very quick to access with good waves. Both pools are very nice and the adventure park had a great ropes course. However, the best aspect of our stay was by far the staff. They were extremely helpful and hospital, even accommodating us late in the night (thanks Basu!). Definitely recommend.

Location is superb as well with the ambience. Food is good. Altogether it's a nice experience. The con gonna ruin your picnic mood is... the short supply of water to bathrooms intermittently.. !!?? Which literally put you in an awkward situation...!! Further, there is a vast communication gap between the front desk staffs.....!? Hence we have to repeat "the matter discussed" with each one again & again. The property is really worth to spend with your loved ones ...from the hectic routines & chaos of the city life.

Very homely place with nature'blessong Sea tides kissing the land very frequently. The location is adjacent to the Floating Bridge recently inaugurated well enjoyed by all at moderate charges and entry complimented by the Indriya resorts for inmates. The food is EXCELLENT for tourists finding it difficult to find a place for hygienic and good food. The vreakfast served complimentary includes a clarity of Kerala taste.

Very bad service. Not a good place to enjoy. After paying no one will even bother to see you. Food is bad. Very small place. Rooms are very small. Staffs acts rude. Only place we can enjoy is sea walk. One guy named Nitin was better than others.. Waste place to visit.

I recently stayed at this resort with my family, and it was a disappointing experience. We weren't informed about the lack of a live restaurant when booking. The worst part was waiting for our tea and snacks order for over two hours. The room had a stained sofa, and overall, it didn't live up to the hype or the price we paid.

Location is good but not for stay..water run out of supply for from 6 PM and was not on till 9PM when iam writing the review...we opted for premium villa and the service we received was pathetic...i was filling up buckets multiple times from common area and carrying it to the room...its utter disappointing and frustrating after you plan to relax and face more difficulties than your usual life. Never coming back.
