Indraprastha Hotel Nedumangad - Hotel in Nedumangad - Thiruvananthapuram, India

The room was nice but the view from the window was okay. The AC was very cold and no temperature control in the room. The overall stay was okay. But the hotel did not provide me the bill while checking out even though I informed them the check out time and cleared all the bills one day before. I went there one more time to collect the bill, then also they did not provide it. So, I asked them to post it. They posted it after several phone calls. But hotel manager asked me to pay 200 rupees for 42 rupees postage, which should be paid by the hotel as they failed to provide the bill to me in the first place. Overall the hotel staff at the front desk and the manager are incapable to do their job properly. They just want make money by doing petty things.

Poor parking facilities, staffs are good.

If you review a hotel based on the staff you interfere with; then this Indraprastha stands far far higher than any other hotel in this region. The hospitality you receive here is incredibly amazing, the politeness, the sheer desire to help the customers and the ability to help you as and when required makes the staff incredibly special. I have travelled far and wide, and this hotel ranks high among the best when you consider customer service. Nedumangad is not a very big town to include so many hotels; and you will have limited options here, yet this hotel serves you the best.

Good food. Biriyani was not that good

One & only well set 4star property in Nedumangadu, Great ambience, well arranged beautiful rooms with all amenities, Spacious banquet halls and meeting rooms. Great experience, overall it's a good place for small groups gatherings, was really happy with their service. It's an ideal place for a comfy stay . Highly recommending . ...

Best hotel property in nedumangad... Price is also very much reliable but they are offering the best services. Enjoyed the stay.

I have been staying in a lot of hotels off late because of my business travelling. As past of this I just thought of trying this Hotel . I should admit this is the best property I have ever stayed in kerala till now (out of some 10-15 hotels). They only have suites and I opted for the basic one which in itself would beat any premium rooms of any other hotel. And with what I was charged for this suite, I truly believe its the best. I only have good words for this hotel, the room would have been approx 700 sqft in size with a small kitchen area, a small hall with an LCD TV and then a big bed room with again a personal LCD. However I did not get a chance to taste the food other than the breakfast. One single word for this property - SUPERB
