I recently dined at Hotel Indraprastha and ordered the Paneer Chilli along with a North Indian meal. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The Paneer Chilli lacked the expected flavor and very less in quantity as well. The paneer was not as tender as it should be, and the overall dish lacked the spicy and savory balance that makes Paneer Chilli delightful. The North Indian meal also fell short of my expectations. The flavors were somewhat bland, and the dishes seemed to lack the authenticity and richness that North Indian cuisine is known for. It was disappointing not to experience the vibrant and aromatic flavors I had anticipated.
Highly impressed with this place. The traditional Mangalore buns and Mangalore bhajji tasted yummy. Located right beside the national highway a few miles before Kundapura town is this hidden gem. Came here with low expectations, was more than happy with what they ended up offering. The service was quick. Prices are pretty reasonable. They have a juice bar as well and serve chaat items in the evening. They sell packed snacks and namkeens at the cash counter Ladies toilets are seperate and is located inside the hotel. Gents toilets are outside. They accept online mobile wallet payment methods also. Open parking is also available. Overall a good experience, would surely visit next time.
It's very nice hotel to have your breakfast. Nice seating and enough space. Hotel staffs good and nice behavior. Taste is good . On to the NH65. Hotels is Clean and good. Nice infrastructure and having photos if near attractions also . Dishes are bit costly and overall good Nice
Finally found this veg hotel on the way to mangalore. Such a busy highway connecting two important cities that too from the south to the north, yet not even a proper place to have decent food. Small hotel, bang on the high way, decent small parking space. quality of food was good, staff response was also good. Glad we found this hotel at the right time, since we were so hungry.
I had Goli baje at this place. It was good. Had pieces of grated coconut and green chilli and served piping hot. Visited during a bus journey halt.
Hotel Indraprastha is located in Tekkatte on the NH 66. It's about 11kms from kundapur and about 28kms from Udupi. It's a pure vegetarian restaurant. We stated at a beach side cottage called Waves Beach House and they had a tie up with this restaurant and gosh we loved the food so much. The taste was amazing. We stayed there for 2 days and we went there for lunch and dinner. We ate most of the items from the menu and everything tasted awesome. In our group we had 3 hardcore non vegetarians who said no to non veg and ate only veg after tasting food from this hotel. The prices are reasonable and food quantity is perfect. Total value for money. Keep up the good work. Will come back for sure if i am traveling in that place.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say, the masala dosa I ordered was absolutely delightful. The coffee I had was also quite impressive, offering a decent and satisfying flavor. Additionally, the restaurant provides ample parking space, which is definitely a plus. Moreover, I was pleased to find that the establishment was well-maintained and clean, adding to the overall positive experience.
A customer by name shinu has review saying ate fish curry. I am surprised. This is pure veg hotel. I request the administrator to delete the review of shinu. Thanks to owner of this hotel for reply saying fish curry not available
