It's a perfect getaway place for people in Indore. From the decor to the arrangements everything is exuberant. You can also plan your parties and shoots here, the hotel staff is co operative. Also special thanks to Mr. Harshad for making my stay comfortable. I have been to this resort quite a number of times and it never disappoints.
A pleasant getaway for us over the weekend. Aesthetic and well maintained propety with amenities including private and public pools, a good spa (aura wellness), pool table, TT table, kids' recreation area, jacuzzi, gym etc which will keep you occupied for most of your stay. The food, though a little overpriced, was good too.
The staff manages everything superbly even in rush hours. All the rides, and facilities are amazing. There are shower facilities but some of the showers are not working properly and they need to be checked. Overall it's a must visit place
Overall the experience at crescent is very good. Waterpark is awesome. On weekends very crowded and hence water gets very dirty. Hotel rooms are very neet and clean and spacious. Service is not so prompt. Room service is very slow. Service at restaurant is also very slow. It took 30 minutes for tea and coffee. We also enjoyed movie at theater, that was a great experience. Very well maintained theater. Jacuzzi is also available in resort which adds up in the experience. Pool in resort area is very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed a lot. The place is in interiors and a personal vehicle is mandatory.
I recently spent a weekend staycation with my friends at Hotel Crescent and we had a great time! The family room that we took was spacious and comfortable, accommodating all of us with ease. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and ensuring our needs were met. The amenities provided were good and the location was convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Hotel Crescent and would recommend it to anyone planning a stay in the area. We felt relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated after the trip.

*Short review and detailed review below:* *Short review: An absolutely perfect place to spend the weekend or a holiday. Good music, amazing food, 24x7 food service, beautiful rooms, and A WATERPARK! ITs perfect! *Long review: Positives 1) The staff: We stayed there for a birthday celebration, and asked them to prepare a cake, they went out of the way to also decorate the room with balloons. 2) The rooms: The rooms were absolutely insane. Modern yet simple and elegant. The bed was a little too soft, but overall great! 3) The food: The food was my favourite part! The paneer chilli was AMAZING as well as the Chilli Garlic Noodles. They had 24 hour room service and quite a short wait time. Loved the experience, quality and quantity of the food. The food quantity was HUGE. A naan was 3 huge peices. Must have! 4) The pool: Since we went on the weekend the pool was very active and lively, it's a beautiful pool. 5) Location: It's located around 20-25 minutes away from the GPO, and connects into inner streets, crossing the garbage landfill. But it's very worth it. The location is far away from the city noise and pollution and serene. Higher points if you go during the monsoons, then it's absolutely perfect. Negatives 1) Since the pool is active, they play very loud music throught the day, till late night, which can get a little irritating. 2) Many items were missing in the room and we had to ask for them, like TV remote, AC remote. 3) Even though the TV was a huge Modern TV, and had the option to watch Netflix, YouTube etc on it, it was unable to connect to the internet to do so. It wouldn't even connect if you provided the hotspot. So the TV was quite useless and even though it was ULTRA HD etc, you could only see the low quality Tata Sky stuff. But these are really nitpicked items. The place overall is absolutely amazing. And if you're visiting, what is outside is way better than inside anyway! A must visit resort if you are in Indore , Madhya Pradesh.
Rooms were good but service was pathetic. It took them more than half an hour for them to bring the luggage after check out. Management is not at all up to the mark.
