We hired Toyota Innova Crysta driven from Kakaji Travels,Gorakhpur to Kathmandu as no vehicles available at Nepal. Places covered -Kathmandu,Pokhara,Lumbini,Gorakhpur,Ayodhya,Prayagraj & Varanasi. Mr.Rajvansh Singh is a nice person but needs to be grounded more in to hospitality in travels business. Once you hire you are on your own. Vehicle was not serviced had horn and battery issues. At times you are stuck at toll booths as fastag not recharged. Vehicle driven by immature driver not experienced in driving such a comfortable and cool giant instead pick up trucks suits him. At times we felt will not make it to Bharath from the hills of Nepal. Had to tell him many times to clean the car. Overall mixed experience was not a enjoyable ride. UP is changing and improving towards better facilities as major tourist hub. If Kakaji is not adopting to changing hospitality in tourism industry will be difficult to survive. Wish all the best. Excellent service. Our driver Golu bhaiya was waiting at Arrivals for us. He was very polite and friendly and drove us with no delay. Great service, really flexible right up to the end of our journey. The car looked exactly like the one that they had sent us prior to the booking and our overall trip was memorable because of the incredible nature of Golu bhaiya. Highly recommended!

wrost service i had buyed package 1.96 lakh with ac traveller, driver doesnt know how to drive, i had complaint against sharamji in nepal drink and drive case he had paid 15000 fine. and wrost hotels and services are provided by them even extra charges they had taken hotel shivam plaza kathmandu wrost food they provided us. i must suggest you dont go with this travel. wrost cheap driver and kakaji doesnt care if you have female at home please take care dont go with this travel.
Worst travel agency. Vehicle was not good at all. Committed 20 seater Traveller but gave us 16 seater Traveller. AC was not working at all. Driver did not ON the AC in non-hilly areas also. We had old age adults but still he dropped us at 1 km before at every sightseeing to save parking. Committed different hotel in Kathmandu but gave us different. Also driver never took us from the location after sightseeing, says I am drunk so you come by yourself. Please do not trust on them, its my sincere advice.
