Management believe in traditional works except smart work. Ask HR about company policies before join this company. The policies are totally biased and unfair. These are made for company welfare only. Do not join this company without knowing your employment conditions, ask the conditions before join this company. There is no fixed policy for yearly appraisal or salary increment. Take your appraisal policy in written format from the company HR before join this company. Job security is big concern. Company HR can terminate you at any time without prior notice. No leaders, only bosses are there. Work-Life is a big concern. Canteen food is neither free of cost nor eatable. Company is in remote location, no transportation service available nearby company. Bosses do not support team members in case of any mistake, they think about their job first instead of team members. The company is good for learning with your own zeal.

Your kharar dealers are not good very bad dealers

Its take your 2 minutes, you wouldn't be regret after reading my comment. I would like to give minus rating but as review system does not allow us to give in minus rating.. Its starts from 08.10.2020 when i joined indofarm in Q.A deptt. I give 1 year 4 months services to indofarm. As per company poliicy my resignation notice period is about 30 days. I give resignation on 20/01/2022 & my notice period is expired on 20/02/2022. Today is 21/02/2022 while i am posting this comment. After completing my notice period as per company police, Company neither give me any relieving certification nor clear my financial clearance After that our HR head. Mrs.miglani threaten me and does not gave entry on gate to reach hr deptt regarding my clerance of my job termination.. They hold my 50 days salary as well as bonus and holidays money. And also try to fear me and openly challanged me to do whatever i can be done regarding my clearance. And reliving letter. Due to uncleared reliveing leeter my next company hold my joining because me deficency of my reliving letter. So currently due to this senerio currently i am unemployeed due to indofarm management. Because indofarm do not give me relivong letter and does not clear my financial funds( salary,bonus, leave etc..). They misbehave with me and thrown me out of the gate in such a way like i am like just a toy for them. I gave my precious 1.4 years of my life to indofarm .. I will always regret about it full life.. So its my humble request to everyone who is reading this comment please please please do not join this company at any cost.. Think 100x before joining .. Worst management in BBN area ever i seen and also your deptt. Hod does not support you at any stage.. They are just act like puppets of the management team.. You can contact me.. Excellent campany ..very good facilities

Company is famous for manufacturing tractors and hydraulic mobile cranes at large scale.

Poor quality , low employe growth , low salary , no incriment within 10 years of joining , double work load , lots of politics , very poor system planning , No safety at all very low overtime , workers are force to work in overtime No holiday on Sunday not even on any government holiday 8 out of 10 tractors get breakdown within 2-3 months , and they repair them ,paint them and sell as a new tractors They don't know difference between employees and helpers all are equal..... Rejected parts were installed in tractors Vandors not get their payments they should take advance payment from them ... If you don't believe me you can come and join indo farm anytime ,they have always vacancies here you're welcome and get experience Ask any coustomer for their review who buy thier tractors , they really gonna say ******* Not a single person is happy in this company except the high post termites

Indofarm is best example of nepotism , or in other words it's house of approach , no talent nothing at all .
