The Great Location and Room, but Terrible Service Experience I recently stayed at a hotel with high hopes due to its prime location and appealing room setup. While the hotel's location and room lived up to expectations, I was utterly disappointed by the abysmal service I encountered during my stay. First, let's talk about the positives. The hotel's location was indeed superb. It was conveniently situated in a bustling area with easy access to popular attractions and amenities. The room I stayed in was also impressive. It was spacious, well-designed, and provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The amenities in the room were modern and functional, promising a pleasant stay overall. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration due to the service mishaps I experienced. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that my room wasn't ready and that I would have to wait for another 2 hours. Considering it was already late in the evening, this was an inconvenient and unexpected delay that tainted the beginning of my stay. To make matters worse, there was a complete lack of attention from the hotel staff throughout my stay. Despite the room delay, no one provided updates or offered assistance during the wait. This lack of communication and consideration left a negative impression. Additionally, when I had complaints about certain aspects of the room, there was no one available to address them. It was as if the staff was indifferent to guest feedback and concerns. In the end, while the hotel's location and room quality were undeniably impressive, the poor service overshadowed these positives. A delayed check-in, lack of responsiveness to complaints, and an overall feeling of neglect from the staff made for a disappointing stay. It's disheartening when such potential for a great experience is hindered by subpar service. Hopefully, the hotel management addresses these issues to ensure that future guests can truly enjoy the entirety of what the establishment has to offer.

Staff was not good at all. They simply kept me waiting an 1hr because the reception manager was having lunch is there any sense they should arrange some other person for my cheek in that was hotel, not some government office, to be close on lunch time. and the room wooden bed was too noisy that even turning the side, it was making a nose. and I was with my partner just think what was the level of noisy of that bed. I'm totally not satisfied with this booking.

The property was very beautiful and clean. I enjoyed the stay in Woodbourne resort. The rooms were big and clean, the balcony was also good for beautiful views. Greenery is awesome. It gives peace and relaxation. . But food is so costly..

Very pleasant stay. The reception manager Mr. Joselyn was very cordial and extremely helpful. Housekeeping guy Mr. Shubhankar, Restaurant manager Mr. Samrat and all other staff were very soft spoken and helpful. We had arrived late night on the 22nd of July and Mr. Joselyn was there and arranged dinner even at that unearthly hour. To sum it all I am extremely happy and satisfied with my stay.

The property was very beautiful and clean. The rooms were big and clean, the balcony was + point. It gave a beautiful view of the property. Food was good, service was okay. The only downside was that it's not recommended for senior citizens, since most of the rooms are quite uphill.

This place in South Goa is amazing. The check-in was quick. The rooms are very comfy, Clean linen. The rooms were spacious and all the amenities were provided. The view is amazing if you Book the top most one. They also have private area which is situated below. They have a pool too. The view at Night was amazing with the lightings, early in the morning is the thing too. The staff were very affectionate and they assisted us well. One can book this place for parties, weddings as they have an open air hall. This place is indeed a nature's hideout as it's away from the city where one can have a peaceful stay. Cheerz

"Indismart Woodbourne Resort" was absolutely fantastic. The exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, delectable food, and comfortable accommodations made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone planning a visit to Goa.
