Indismart Hotel - Hotel in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

I visited this hotel to meet a colleague and even had buffet breakfast there. I liked the interesting lobby area, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and the staff behaviour was wonderful. Special brownie points for the buffet breakfast: the spread, taste, presentation and cost were nice. Location is another feature on which the hotel scores high. Lots of places to hang around, with great restaurants and cafes nearby.

Hotel is located in the most prominent location of Salt Lake. It is in vicinity of the multi tech corporates. It offers a range of services including inhouse restaurant, bar & spa. Food provided here is very tasty including the morning breakfast. The behaviour of the staffs is extremely polite. Overall a wonderful experience. Availability of multi purpose hall and restaurant. Professional staff behaviour.

I stayed in this hotel with the group, Except location, everything is pathetic in the hotel. Cigarette smell in the hotel rooms. And hotel staff is not coming with room freshener after multiple reminder too. Food quality specifically the dinner is not worthy, Maintain the hotel staff is is not cooperative. Hotel is running with 50% of required staff. I will never visit this property again.

Furniture's n fixtures of the rooms are pretty old. Ceiling AC sometimes doesn't work and there is no scope to change rooms. Room dinning / in room- menu card is not available. Complementary breakfast is almost common on all days. Staff is okay type ... though I had a bad experience at the restaurant, where I had ordered a fresh hot dish, but after waiting for about 15/20 mints the same was replaced with canceled dish of someone which was not fresh n not acceptable. However upon complaining, the dish was replaced with a fresh one.

I had a pleasant stay at Indismart Hotel. The staff was generally courteous, and the check-in process was smooth. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the surrounding area. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. While the amenities were satisfactory, I did find some areas that could use improvement, such as the Wi-Fi signal which was a bit weak at times. However, the overall experience was positive, and I appreciate the effort the hotel put into making my stay enjoyable.

Service is very poor , when we entered in the property and entered in lift , we faced dirty smell in the lift like leaker and smoking, in room no 601 hand shower is missing, proper maintenance of bathroom accessories not carried out , switch bord in bedroom is not at correct position, in dinning hall one or two waiters available, lack of service in dinning hall , roti/ chapati not eatable.

Located at the centre of sector-5 that is full of covered with lot of companies.. Easily able to commute by everyone.. Rooms are really maintained clean and good.. Breakfast spread is also nice Overall a cost worthy visit..

Food was good but staff very rude. House keeping very irresponsible. Sorry for the comments but I personally felt that. And the biggest surprise is it's a training centre of a reputed hotel management school. Inspite of prime location. All of us didn't knew about this hotel.
