Ratna store is the best part of that complex. Very good discounts. Though it is a bit small, there is a good variety of stuff you get.
Have to maintain the complex. Flooring is not good. Dusty and unused space is dumped with rusted things. More lighting is needed.
Good complex having driving school, Doctors, Pharmacy , provisional stores. Good amount of parking space. There are automobile spare parts shop available inside the compound.The approach road is bit busy.

There are many utility shops are there in this complex especially for motor spare parts and hardwares shops and two wheeler garage as well as some seasonal shop are also there like Swathi Crackers and Mahamudra Agro Traders
Overall cleanliness is very poor and shabby . Had it been under the hands of a private person , it will be like Spencers. Worst maintenance. Rubbish and nonseses every where
