i have been taking treatment in indira ivf from last 1 year and finally i conceived with twins i went through lot of struggles because this ivf journey is not so easy it brings you down mentally and financially too . I m taking treatment in patna raja bazar centre earlier i have been going to Kankarbgh ivf centre but after 2 month they told me to visit raja bazar . Through this process I purchased multi vitamins twice by mistake i thought it will continue in future too but that medicine discontinued so I decided to return it when i went to return they asked me tons of questions its just a medicine of 900 rupees and i spent almost 7 lakh at your centre .. i went to junior dr vivek who sits in room no 418 .he was so rude and asked me a question like " tmlg dawa nhi kha kr dawa bachate ho or waps kar ke paisa wapas lena rehta " sir its just of 900 rupees .. i spent a lot in my treatment but the way he talked to me was very rude .. you should not give tension to a pregnant lady who has gone through a lot sir so please teach your staff .and why there is so much procedures in returning unwanted medicines which is purchased from your centre only . Paisa lete waqt to itna process to nhi rehta
