This hospital is a gift to people. It is huge in size and has many doctors and machines and equipments. Once it becomes fully operational it will become one of the best hospitals in Delhi. It is a fully air conditioner hospital. All tests and medicines are free but sometimes some medicines are unavailable. More new machines will be added soon. Doctors are well qualified and experienced. Although more doctors are required as the number of patients is huge. Staff behaviour is also good here. The hospital is very neat and tidy. There is a separate counter for senior citizens for registration to avoid long que. Morning hours has rush. No second time registration is required if you are visiting the same department but there must be enough space for doctors to write the diagnosis and medicines in the previous prescription. Timings are Mon to Fri 7:30 am to 12:30 pm for registration and Sat 7:30 am to 11:30 am. Also there are two levels for car parking - Upper basement and lower basement and a small parking area near the entrance. This hospital is situated near Dwarka Sector 9 and Sector 10 metro station. E-Rickshaws are widely available. A medical College is also under process for future medical students.

The Problem is the Attitude & Laziness on 5th floor with patients Some Nurses are so Show off HOD *they Only focus on Farmality, Even On Sometimes staff are not available on the floor , Housekeeping Boy used disconnect and give medicine specially in Night.... I'm shocked that they do Experiment on YOU. NOT only Nurses Dr. Too. Most Employees are under Intern. Some of them are so rude and have bad behaviour they don't know how to deal with patients... Sometimes Nurses make their Hospital Machhi Market....Well Rest on Things are Good.. You Know Govt. Are Govt... Overall .. BUDGET Compatible... Compare to PVT. HOSPITAL .. . . . KEEP YOURSELF HYGIENE, TAKE CARE...Good Luck..

Infrastructure is so good but staff members are not so what we will do with infrastructure. Let me share why ? . My father's condition is so bad he is having chicken pox from three days he did not take anything , he is shivering as well so I took him hospital with my mother had hope that atleast they will inject glucose so he can be able to feel good but when doctor see my father they scold guard why you took this kind of patient he is having chicken pox so they ask him to leave without any treatment. Now I just wanna know that- Is chicken pox is more dangerous or corona ?. So they refuse to do treatment literally now him condition even more worst if something will happen I'm gonna sue on those doctors

This hospital is built recently. It has all the facilities available from OPD to tests to emergency. The building is huge and very neat and clean. The staff is good. Near to Dwarka court. You can reach here by rickshaws or bus or local tempos.

4 doctors on opd duty until 1300 hrs with only 2 rooms open, only one available. Doctors left with their belongings at 11.30 am. Guards asking ppl to leave & come next day. No sequential system to call in other opd's too. Complete chaos.

The facilities are good for people, Doctors are friendly, they might act rude sometimes because of some arrogant patients. It is very clean. But there are several scans and other treatment like root canal for tooth that don't occur here. Be nice to doctors and they will treat you in a friendly manner.

It is a multi-speciality hospital. It is till now in construction phase but having all essential OPD daily. Allopathy, Ayurvedic and Homeopathy treatment is available hare. Staff and Doctor is polite. All the things in a systematic way.
