I visited this hospital for first time for vaccination of my 3 month old girl. The vaccination staff was so helpful and i was completely satisfied, started feeling happy that i have made a good decision to switch from private to government hospital for vaccination.. But it was my short period of happiness i thought lets do regular checkup of my daughter so i asked for padeatrician, the staff of vaccination sent me to room where the label name was physician One lady was seating there i ask her maam where is prediction , she asked me what happened i told nothing i had just given the vaccination so i want to do routine check up of my daughter . Like weight height. She said go to labour room . When i visited labour room they said go to corner room . Then the person said go to reception.. They again send us to the same lady When i asked her everyone is sending us to you , may i know who is the padeatrician so i can ask by the name of that person , she rudely replied i am only the padeatrician . I was completely irritated and ask her again that i already asked you same question before .. Then she said pehele chiti lao .. I told this is not a answer of my question maam why you send me to the labour room in search of padeatrician.? Listing to that my husband asked why you are send her can't here and there so she started shouting rudely... I asked her camly maam plz tel me your name . In reply she said maira koi kuch nai kar sakata naam jan ke kya karoge . Seriously the same doc will treat you like a celebrity if you visit their personal clinic, because your paying them not gov of India. Because of this kind of behaviour everyone thinks not to visit govt hospital . Hence government hospital paying free salary to staff like Dr PoojaChandekar .(as i asked her name to outside working staff) And they are earning more in there private hospitals. I mentioned detail story because i want to show so many things.

Such a poor organization running under government. they did the ECG of my father but denied to tell us what is there in the ECG report one rude nurse told me to see my personal doctor to know the ECG report. Is there anyone here who will listen to me that poor people are suffering there and please help people guys. nobody wants to help you there they just want to do kamchori and go home.

To help others, there is no contact details or phone number available, if we want to ask anything. But for those who wants to have booster dose for your parents or senior citizens it is available at this hospital. I didn't find this hospital for the slot booking, but attaching the list of vaccine and slots available to get the doses.

I was in Indira Gandhi Hospital yesterday to vaccinate by Dad. As he was sitting in Car as he can't walk, Thanks DR. Anita Nagulkar Madam that she came in front of car and vaccinate my Dad. All arrangements are very proper, social distancing they are maintaining properly, sitting facility is there. They are sending 10 person inside and after vaccinating they are sending others.

I was there to vaccinate my parents for covid vaccine. The arrangement was very nice. Social distancing was strictly followed. Helpful and supportive staff.

I was diagnosed with covid and admitted for almost 11 days . It is all about collective efforts of doctors and nurses and due to which I got fully recovered. Facilities are not compromised here at this hospital. Overwhelmed.

Premises is clean but staff is not cooperative they're way too rude. Vaccination process here is not good.

It's a government hospital run by Nagpur municipal corporation. Good for poor people for common ailments
