Extremely disappointed with gate management team of flight 6E 823. Very poor crowd management, made all the passengers stand for almost over 30 mins.

Ahmedabad Airport Domestic Terminal is handling passengers quite well in these testing times. I flew by Indigo on 1st July to have a good experience adhering to all the safety norms.

Very worst service today

This is one of bed experience was happened with me I was flying Ahmedabad to Chandigarh on 9th ( Flight no. 6E 842 ) of this month the lady staff kept my Valuable stuff in the indigo counter and informed me Ma'am whenever you will come back kindly collect from the counter but I have sent my driver to collect that .. And your staff was clueless and very much rude with me and he didn't listen to me and he was cutting my call....... I never expected form your side I know that lady know s about it ..you can check with her that stuff is very very important for me ......it's Pink colour Paper spray ...... I can't tell you how much important for me .... I hope I will get positive reply from your side

Left my luggage in my city of departure deliberately because of Flight exceeding it's weight, even though my luggage was 4kgs below the limit. Then no response came from their side while i kept on calling their customer care number. Then also no concrete response from their side. It's been 8hrs and still no response from the indigo people. Highly unethical and irresponsible behaviour

Reached to baggage counter 55 min before departure instead of 60 min due to heavy rush at entrance. Did not allow us to board. First time very bad experience with indigo and very shrud answers from supporting staff. Did not help also in rescheduling the flight and charged heavy penalty while rescheduling. May be demand and supply effect. Hopefully the staff will learn to help the passengers who insist for Indigo for their services

I was at airport for boarding to Jaipur, saw the gate no 2 at display before two hours. Suddenly they change gate no-3, I was waiting at Gate two and the gate 3 closed 25min before just right there after 1min. Didn't let us fly . Other passengers also the same They said they made final call . But there was no mike announcement. My flight from Jaipur to ahmedabad was back to back after 3hours @ 12:40 But no one wants to listen. What a bad experience. I hope I will never have any chance to fly with Indigo. Saf is with bad attitude . No more chance
