Beware travelers!!
My experience on this pump is bad. I asked them to put air on my car's tires after getting petrol. The employee who pumped the air, simply threw away 3 valve caps. The tires were filled out so fast that I was suspicious if he put the caps back on. I got down and checked and I could see two of the valve caps lying on the ground around my car. He did put one cap on one tire. That one was so loose, it would have fallen once I started driving.
I confronted him and he simply lied that there were no valve caps on the tires and went away. These valve caps are not expensive. But, expensive or not why will he throw it away something that belongs to me? I am a customer who also purchased Rs. 2000 of petrol as well. I looked for a manager to talk to but could not find any at that moment. I was travelling with family did not want to waste time so moved on.
The purpose of this review to bring awareness to actual manager or owner and other future customers. I am attaching photos of the employee who did this as well the pump. I am hoping the owner is a reasonable person and hopefully have a talk with this employee or else this employee will keep treating customers like this. I am attaching his photo as well.
I would have rate this fuel station as zero star. I had very bad experience tonight. We were going to Hassan from Sakleshpur and I have refueled petrol for Tata Punch car with Rs. 520/- today evening at this petrol station. But the filled in petrol becomes empty on reaching Bhairapura/ near Alur The car ran around 20 kms only. We refueled in next the petrol station.
I had my family in the car and it becomes very hectic problem for me tonight as petrol becomes empty in the middle of the road
I have my tata punch new car and it can cover around 80 to 100 kms range with 520 Rs. or 4 to 5 ltr petrol in my driving style/ pattren. Atleast the filled in petrol about 4.5 ltrs should cover around 50 kms. Then I would have felt okay. But it gave me around 20kms which is totally not acceptable.
First of all they will not fill the normal petrol and insist customers to fill extra premium xp95 petrol saying normal petrol stocks were not available. By refueling the premium petrol you will get around 1 ltr of petrol lesser than the normal one. I don't think I feel any difference with extra premium petrol which the Indian oil sells.
I think its a petrol fraud happened with me.. I felt very bad experience with this petrol station
Conclusion and Red Alert : "Must and should avoid refueling at this petrol station..!! "
