Poor service here. There is no facility for crediting Xtra rewards offered by IOC instantly after fueling while making the bill payments. The credit they are uploading is less than the actual bill amount paid. I have paid Rs1,428.60 for 15 litres diesel on 22 Oct 2022 as per bill No: 519379 - ORGL of Chitilapilly fuels IOCL dealer. They have credited Xtra rewards points only for Rs500 two times on 23 Oct 2022, without accounting for Rs428.60. On 24 Oct 2022, I have visited this bunk and there was no person responsible to rectify this. I have made a note of this in a notebook kept at billing desk. They are complicating this service without proper training given to the fuel vendors.
Very poor service. There was no Gpay. and wad told to transfer the amount to another number and he will give liquid cash and should be given to the person at the pump.
The only 24 hour pump in the vicinity.
Each and every mechanics around this area suggests not to fill petrol from here, I am personally not happy with the service. I would recommend the owner and Indian oil to keep up some standards for fuel station like MADHAVAM INDIAN OILS , PUZHAKKAL.... People are still filling fuel just because area people doesn't have any other options on this route
