Quality of Petrol is good then another Petrol pump in Dharmanagar. Thatswhy maximum people of Dharmanaagr prefer to visit and refill their vehicles here. The staffs are also well behaved. But lack of staff. Due to heavy duty, the staffs are getting tired. The Pump is next to Dharmanagar ISBT. The railway station is not more then 500 mtr from this pump. Its named Sarala Petrol Pump. Mr. Aldrin Saha is the owner of this pump.
Maximum time there z shortage of petrol and diesel. But we noticed that Rc.Ghat Petrol pump and others pumps in agartala having Oils available. If this problem solves then no argues.
There is an all time shortage of Petrol and sometimes Diesel. The Gas(Petrol) Station should check the issue and should make an effective solution against this matter. The unavailability of fuel costs much to the consumers, also this station is the primary Gas Station (Petrol) in Khowai.
No waiting time to fill fuel. Overall good experience.
I didn't like their service. I had a visit there in November 2020 (on a Sunday); but they closed the pump at 7:11+/- in the evening. Not a good experience. They should update more on this.
