They use to be good earlier. Nowadays may be due to change in staff of management..I do not know.. They deliberately operate only one normal petrol counter & the other counter for promoting power petrol. Knowing this is the only pump available in that road, they seems to be taking advantage. Instead they should think positive and try to be customer friendly. Staff are not polite and there won't be any supervisor in the morning.

There is no proper service and response, we respect your employees but they just don't care when the vehicle is there at the filling point , It seems that they are working hard But believe some are good at that point but some of them show rude behaviour or like chill (light ,chalo, not there open the fuel cap) To be clear there are 2 guys (both stand near petrol) who are good at their work and remaining are making trouble And at night can you extend time please Actually I'm not from that area but usually while traveling in pass through that area And n8 3-4times about 10:00 maybe. It was close For both main roads this is the transpass ,and only the fuel station in that line. ,tq if u take this as a positive vibe
It is worst petrol bunk there is no uniformity. Two/four/truck/Private buses all in one line. Manager is not fit for the post. Some staff misbehaviour with customers.
Always crowded but worth the value. They never perform gimmicks
1. Poor and slow service 2. Poor management 3. Air pressure guy not at his place of duty. 4. Inspite of telling other staff , they were not bothered. 5. Untrained staff did not know how to set auto cut off for a full tank. Poor show hence poor rating
Frequently out of stock, machines don't work and card swipe machine is always out of order. Shortage of oils and other consumables.
