IndianOil - Petrol Pump in Burli - Sangli, India

I was there last night. Very good setup, nit and clean. Good and quick service. Taste is also good. Tambda Rassa (Red curry) is tasty to its level as Sangli district's taste. Bajrichi Bhakri (Raggi roti) is superb. Personally I am not familiar with Pandhara Rassa (White curry) than Red curry so I want to remain quite on that topic. In these days all hotels are serving a bowl of Sol-kadhi. I like sol-kadhi very much but last night, I think they had added a cumin in kadhi b'coz of its taste. Now, Second part - Anda (Egg) masal plate was OK, means it had not sweeter nor hot and spicy. Chicken masala is total failure is my personal view. It's ok masala but it must not to be sweeter in taste. In masala dish they add 'hotel gravy' which is made with lots of Onion and tomatoes. B'coz of that any dish made with hotel gravy become sweeter in taste and to balance that taste you must have to add some spices b'coz of this it becomes hot in taste. After that taste gets balanced. So they had to add some spices in chicken masala. I like full cooked chicken, but last night it was cooked 80% which is not bad also. I had talked with the owner after dinner. I think they will make changes for better taste. So, Visit 'Hotel Riyasat', And, Enjoy your meal.

Indian oil petrol pump is on main road of palus. Debit cards are also acceptable here. We can get good quality petrol from here.
