Went there to fill diesel on 12th Sep, midnight. Was driving back to Tvm from Alappuzha. After filling the fuel, went to topup the nitrogen on tyres. And a middle aged guy(later identified by the name Mr. Sashi) came to fill it. On completing the refill, dad gave a small amount as a token of appreciation for his effort in refilling. But the guy throwed it back inside our car(after checking the amount given to him) disrespecting us and the money! Was shocked to see such a behavior from him. If he don't want the money, he could have said it even before we gave it to him. So tried to get the contact number of the owner of this fuel station(to report this issue) by asking another employee. And he gave his own mobile number. When we dialed that number, he touched his pocket (where his phone is) and didn't attended the call. What an idea! So we went to the office building and saw the owner's contact number. Tried to call that number. But was unanswered! Since it's midnight, and we don't know whether the owner awake or is in sleep. So we didn't bothered calling the number again! Very much disappointed because of the behavior from staff!
The staff there are ridiculous and they drive us crazy. They don't know how to treat customers, I really want to report to IOB but my friends discouraged
Excellent Service. Diesel, Petrol and LNG is available. Situated on side of NH-66 this petrol bunk is has a large area and has more fuel dispenser machines. Good place for a short stop during long drives. Restaurants are also available nearby. Facility is available for filling tyre with both air and nitrogen.
I have experienced a really bad customer service. They were not providing a proper service. They simply kept the meter running and went some where and was not even bothered about checking it. I was there to fill up my tank full, but at last i dropped the plan. And from now on I'll never use this place again. I have an easier options in oachira itself, of not I'll travel to Kayamkulam where they treat customer in a good way.
