Mostly their card swipe machine don't work properly & its totally stupid that when we fill tank and pay 2000+ Rs. and they offer us one litre bottled water at 10 Rs. discount
Poor toilets are not clean but available for general public, sometime card option is closed, free air check ups, clean and ample place for vehicles. Staff is average. Need to improve performance. CCTV is installed. Petrol pump is on grand trunk road NH1 highway.
Washroom not clean,pump operators communicate in local language thats create problem to other states travellers,should use Hindi always. Digipayments available there ie Paytm,cards . But pump owner should manage front garden area so that easily enter in pump from highway........
Great place,with proper functioning equipment,the staff does get rude at times(the guys at the airpump),but overall a hassle free experience.
