Tricky petrol pump, asking first cash or card and if you say cash, fill less petrol by stopping inbetween at about Rs. 300 and then starting from that point after little break and then adding Rs. 300 in the total amount saying zero was set again. When checked with average, it is clearly found that approx. Rs. 300 petrol i. e. about 4 lit. petrol is less. It was brought to the notice of person who were initially filling the petrol. But other person kept me asking the above details diverting the concentration from the meter reading, till that time third person started filling the petrol. I visited your pump on 1st September 2019 at about 1600 Hrs. My vehicle No. is MH 05 CA 4847. I may have the receipt for the same. I have to find it out. Now kindly clarify how will you find this difference of Rs. 300? Practically your particular staff should not leave and handover it to other staff. Secondly he can continue with the earlier amount of Rs. 300. Why he set it at zero again which was not shown to me.
